Susan Putzke

Susie is an ordained pastor and full-time chaplain with the Palliative Care Team at the St. Cloud Hospital in St. Cloud, MN. Susie received her Master of Divinity from Garrett Evangelical Theological Seminary in Evanston, IL. She completed her Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) units at the St. Cloud Hospital through the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education Inc. (ACPE). It was during this time she realized that her vocation would be lived out in the hospital setting. Susie’s work with Palliative Care includes partnering with adult, pediatric, neonatal, and perinatal patients and their families. She views this work as both privilege and responsibility. She credits her fun, wise, and supportive colleagues for the endurance required to work in this field.
