Janet Booth Pre-Conference Wald Lectureship on Hospice & Palliative Care Speaker
Janet Booth spent formative years as a hospice & palliative care nurse, and now works as an Integrative Nurse Coach around the practice of wellbeing in aging, illness, and dying. She supports people in navigating serious illness, help families to talk more openly about end-of-life priorities, and provides health coaching for both professional and personal/family caregivers. She serves as faculty for certification programs through the International Nurse Coach Association, including the End-of-Life Integrative Nurse Coaching Program, and for the Conscious Dying Institute; and co-created the courses Sacred Journey: Being Present with Aging, Illness and Dying and Coaching Conversations for People Living with Chronic and Advanced Illness. She recently self-published a book for nurses and coaches called Re-imagining the End of Life: Self-development and reflective practices for nurse coaches.
